vodafone won't replace faulty phone

All of them except apple products come with a 24 month warranty (according to vodafones site anyway).

It's always switched off every now and again, but the problem really got bad late may when it started to switch off 10 to 20 times a day. Now averages 3 or 4 times a day

When was the first time Vodafone were aware of the fault?

When it went for repair on the 7th June, then again on the 14th June and finally 28th june
