    Haha Yes I just pasted that in from my email, they are a company based in Essex that work from home so not totally surprised.

    You should avoid that broker. If they make mistakes in their communications, they may well be as sloppy with your application.

    Thank you, I dont know why but that has really cheered me up.

    So from the emailed I shared with everyone, I replied to that obviously asking him what he thought would be best to do and I also added I now have someone offering to be a guarantor.
    I just got a reply saying,
    [FONT=&quot]Personally I think you would be better to try your wife on her own first. The guarantor can only be a family member and, depending on age, income & outgoings, may not be viable. Probably best if we talk tomorrow.
    So unfortunately I dont have a guarantor in my family this is a lady I know through work.
    So I wont know anymore until we speak tomorrow.

    Has he suggested Cheltenham and Gloucester as the lender?

    Let me just fill you in on something I wasn't going to put on here, the man we want to buy this house off is not allowed to this house or in this town for committing terrible crimes a long time before we moved in.
