I've been trying to add the codes and complete the checkout off and on for the last few hours - and EVERY time I submit the card details, etc to confirm the order the site just gives me a blank screen :eek:

Anyone else having problems? I've even tried using 3 different browsers - but I get the same with each one :mad:

Am awaiting a response from customer services now....

They'll probably tell you what has already been said in this thread, to do it without being logged in. Tried it again today ! I guess they have caught on since you can't use the 2 codes with eachother anymore.

Hi,
I bought 5 separate items online in early dec and received Five £10 vouchers to be used online by 14th Feb 2009.

I purchased 2 garden items that totalled £120 in total (80 + 40), used the 5 vouchers and paid £70 on my visa card.

As one of the items was not in stock Argos onine CS refunded me £45 (for the £80 item). As the second item was no good without the first, I organised a collection which when they received it refunded me £30 (for the £40 item).

I have been refunded £75 onto my card.

My point is as that as techinically I have not used the five 10 vouchers will I be returned them? as effectively my purchasing/spending power has been reduced by £50 - and they can have the extra fiver back.

I just wanted to check before I rang CS?

just bumping up - are there any valid codes for Argos at the moment? I am thinking to get a TV stand and it is only for home delivery, costs ~£70... Would be nice to save at least on delivery...

There is a place to promote your own site. Also this site is only useful if you live near. £1 a mile open charge makes it pointless if you live any distance away. If they were a decent supplier they would have a system in place to delivery UK wide and not rip off people on the delivery.
