Hi, can anyone help me with this

Bought a Nokia mobile 5/10 from offer leaflet 026 in store.
The offer was a £10 Gift Card if you purchase the phone.
When we got to the till the lady said you need to claim it online.
Have been on the website and called Argos helpline, they don't know anything about it, but if i have the offer leaflet to prove they will honour it?

Am i losing the plot, i have imagined it, has anyone by some bizaar chance got that leaflet 026. I'm beginning to think its more trouble than its worth..

I placed an order for over £100 on 23/10, then a £70 order on 30/10 but still haven't receieved my e-vouchers.

I called today and was informed they've been having problems with their e-voucher system and to expect the vouchers in the post within 28 days of the order having been placed.

I also ordered online. If you check your confirmation e-mail on the first page about 2/3 way down there is a paragraph which says "We are happy to confirm that your order has qualified for an additional discount on your next order - £10 off your order until 14/02/2009. To receive this offer please enter promotion code Axxxxxxxxxxx when placing your order."

I did eventually get 2 e-voucher codes, but they weren't being recognised by the system when I tried them (unless I did something wrong? I put them in the box where you put the free delivery codes etc).

I tried again tonight, still not allowing them. It says they've been used, but they can't possibly have been.

I now have another £10 e-code (from a new order) but am wary of trying it!

I tried to order a ipod tonight , the site said it was in stock but when i comfirmed payment i received a "out of stock" message BUT i received a email confirming OUT OF STOCK but still received the £10 discount code to be used online.

EDIT , before i received the email i tried again as i thought it might be a mistake as it still stated in stock for home delivery, i was wrong and they confirmed again "out of stock" AGAIN the email contained another £10 discount code , differant to the earlier one.

I think i'll have another blast at it.

I've got two £10 e-vouchers throught trying to buy something out of stock (and two small useless items to make it up to a £100). But the first one says that the voucher has already been used which it hasn't. A bit annoyed but I suppose as I only brought an 87p toy car to get it I shouldn't be.

Can more than one voucher be used at a time?

I just used this code for free delivery. I hate how something is not available for store reservation and they force you to pay a delivery charge, but, im smiling tonight i found a code for free delivery that works fine but only valid till tomorrow 18th November 2008.
