I have had exactly the same problem have been trying to use my £5.00 voucher code but just get the blank page when I enter also tried the free delivery code that argos give but same with that. Tried last night and also a little while ago have emailed them but no reply yet. I'm not buying the items if I have to pay the extra. Anyone else know whats happening?

I have had this problem trying to input a free del code for an item 107.99 (Wii Fit + Wii music), not bad I thought?

I have just spoken to Argos customer services who say that this indicates that the code is incorrect and that I would need my orginal purchase details that generated the free code in the first place!

Does anybody have a free del code not required I could use please??:D

Ordered £113 worth of stuff yesterday and tried to use the code that was in an email they sent me EFD10. Supposed to run until Tuesday. Code didn't work, took me to a blank page too. Tried all the others here and same result. So I used their online email to ask them about it and got a reply today saying just to place the order as normal then reply to this email with my order code and delivery would be refunded. Have done so now waiting to see what happens next. :)

*update* the £5.95 delivery charge was refunded on Monday.
  • I had the same problem when entering the codes, I always got a blank screen. The key is NOT to be logged into your Argos account. put your items into the basket without logging in, then proceed to checkout, its a pain because you then have to fill your details in.hopefuly at the end the discounts should then be deducted. Hope this helps
