And, again, I read the response from ctexcel, it does imply "not controlled tethering", but not to exceed 8gb also it has few minutes etc included... and CS clearly functional!
I'll wait couple of days, before ordering and test running one or the other, as my PAC code from GfGf near due to expire, also EE promotion about to end, but coming Christmas's offers kinda become lesser, in contrary to custom and believes...0 -

Acceptable Use
38. CTExcelbiz is a consumer business, which can only be related to the mobile service for non-commercial purposes (for example, may not resell, or to third parties or re-distribution of mobile services. In addition, do not allow the mobile service or the SIM card any other following purposes:
(A) illegal-end or other types of illegal file sharing;
(B) for any unlawful, illegal, improper, immoral or unlawful purpose;

(D) any malice, fraud or tease (including for emergency services) have this tendency to act or behavior;
(E) cause or allow others to deliberately cause, annoying, offensive or inconvenient behavior, targeting mobile services may be wholesalers or underlying network operators, including, but not limited to, in the absence of appropriate justification, using the network constantly sending unsolicited information;
(F) infringe any third party rights (eg, copyright) including privacy and the use of or the right to refuse the use of confidential information;

(J) obligations under this Agreement and inconsistent behavior; or
(K) in any way damage or could cause harm, injury, interference, corrupt or affect the network and / or mobile services, or run other networks and mobile services while providing the services, quality or completeness, or for any injury to personnel.
Users agree to complaints of others because of their failure to comply with the terms presented to us, actions or proceedings, and caused us all direct and reasonable losses, costs, damages and expenses to make reparation.
39. Users shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations related rights bodies, conditions, directives, decisions, orders and notifications, as well as other services related to the use of mobile and user authorization, legal, license, conditions, instructions, laws and regulations, and, where feasible and the case of our request, with the Authority's enforcement activities governed by this Agreement or to comply with legal requirements of the activities
40.
