Oh no, I agree with you 100%! I hate when people enter for things they don't really want just to sell them on. What it was, I thought they were whole new stories when in fact they were just compilations with a new cover - very sneaky!!
My strategy is to spend about 2 hours of an evening catching up with the comps on here. I only ever enter those I'd really like though, so I suppose that does cut down on the overall chances of winning!0 -

Now that's really annoying!

So what does that make the folks on the Monthly Challenge who enter 1000+ a day?

I have been comping for 5 years and this year is definitely my worst one so far. In saying that, I have won a few really good, high value prizes so I'm not complaining (not too much anyway). I have thought about taking a break but I can't as it's part of my daily routine, and I wouldn't know what to do wihout it!
It's the anticipation of a win, of what could be just around the corner that keeps me going.
Good luck to you all *sprinkles lucky dust*:AThanks to all those who post comps:A0 -
I've only had six wins this year, but combined value is just under £3.5k and includes a holiday in Spain and a weekend break in London. I doubt I enter 100 comps a day, probably not even 50 most days. I am generally very selective about what I enter as I would far rather quality than quantity any day. I'm doing better than I did last year and about the same as the year before.0

I've been having a really good year, up until mid-July - when it all seemed to dry up! Hopefully a post in here might bring me some luck, who knows?!0
