    Ordinarily this would be very true, but i know the price and circumstances around the land acquisition these 4 houses will sit on and the developer hasn't behaved very admirably and has plenty of budget to do more even if they were sold for £400k each.

    We need more and more new homes to adopt renewables so that prices of the technology can fall and investment can be made into R&D to make them more accessible to more people. Putting renewables into new builds is easy, retrofitting is tougher.

    I'd like to see more government help, in particular, to help our load on the national grid. Wind and solar can easily be adopted and pairing these renewable energy sources with things such as low energy appliances and LED Lighting could make a massive impact.
