Probably put them on by accident?

How many times do you see indicators still going long after somebody's gone round a corner, headlights full on in daylight?

I'm told by some of the younger generation they do it as they know it annoys the older generation.

A warm morning after a rainy night, you can get low level mist.
Note I say "mist", but some people over react and start turning on every light they have, probably the same people who drive about in the snow/fog/darkness with no lights at all.
