OP - Stop paying the money for the child that you think might not be yours. Let her go to the CMS (not CSA as that no longer takes on new cases) to open a case. At that point you deny paternity and let them know that another person is named on birth certificate.

I am unsure how the CMS work but the old CSA would then arrange and pay for a DNA test. If it came back negative they pick up the tab, if it was positive then the cost was passed to the NRP.
  • My ex called today, saying she spoke to them, they advised they have no claim for her, last claim was in 2007. So it looks like CSA are stealing my money!

She already as an open CSA case and they had a DEO until I quit my job!

I did get them to take me to cour 10years ago as they said I owed £7.5k of unpaid CSA.

After 3 adjournments due to them still not assessing me, I owed £150.
  • The fact is that you have 3 children - you obviously know the 3rd child is yours or you wouldnt be paying the £25. These arrears are money you owe the CSA or your children. Just pay what you owe, try to negotiate. Send them letters with bank statements and incomings and outgoings... Talk to the CAB who will help you with letters etc. Get this sorted out instead of trying the wriggle out of it.

If she already has a open CSA case then you must have confirmed parentage (or not denied it) so to now deny it you would need to arrange DNA testing yourself.

Well done for quitting your job tho, great role model for your kids.

I have never been given the chance to pay, they have always mad a DoE on me. It is cheaper to pay the ex of my youngest as she says she do sent need my money, she just wants to screw me for as much as she can get from me, she enjoys seeming me suffer.

Its not about if she needs your money or not, its about you helping to support a child you have produced.

I may be the child, however I cannot afford the cost of the test. And the way I see it, If she has names another man as the farther, why should I be liable for csa for them?

We also agreed I would pay her direct, to stop csa, as then I would would not go to cps, as she as been letting a convicted abuser looking after all 6 of her children. She is also a very bad piece of work, been in prison for purgery, and lied about being pregnant (told me she took the morning after pill after the accident)

So you are happy to leave one of your children with an abuser? What sort of father would do that.

AS for the areas, they are for the last year, when they were apparently taking to asses me. I don't see how they can claim for it all at once? surly they should not be allowed to do this, it would be fair if they took the payments from as soon as the fee was agreed. I could cover the cost of this without too much issues. Its the fact they want to take 2 years worth for 2 children.

My partner has just finished UNI this month, and as had interviews, so hopefully will be working within the next 6 weeks. Her loans have been used to clear arrears of bills we have not been able to pay, as well as food, and travel expenses to help me get to work as I cannot afford to pay to get to work and her to get to uni, (she drives 80miles a day for uni).

According to the CSA, the children in my house hold are entitled to £20 a week of my earnings, yet I am expected to pay £33 a week for the other children? how is this fair?

I have never denied I need to pay, and have no issues, I have been paying £40 to my 2 youngest. My eldest mother said she don't want my money any more

I am more that £30k in debt because of the CSA, They took me to court 12yrs ago saying I owed £7.5k of unpaid CSA. The court ordered them to re asses me 3 times before they did, and it turned out I owed £150,

You can see my faith in the system is low. This is why I cannot afford to make the payments, due to the debt I am in, taking this much is liable to place me in prison for non payment of CT (I have been unable to make payment for the last year, and only just started paying back this year)

I am not trying to get out of paying, I just need to get them to see I cannot afford to make the payments they are asking.

The women are the ones that decided to leave, I was the abused in an abusive relationship, and now I have left her, she is still punishing me.

Wanting you to support a child you have produced is not 'punishing you'.

It takes 2 to make a baby so its no use being full of self pity now you have to help support them. If you could not afford the payments and have been struggling with the CSA for the last 12 years then why go on to produce more children which you cannot afford. You seem keen to blame each of the women for getting pregnant but perhaps if you had taken time to find out what sort of women you were getting involved with before getting them pregnant you wouldnt be so bitter now.
  • Perhaps we could hold a collection to get him a vasectomy?
These are my own views and you should seek advice from your local Benefits Department or CAB.
  • Condoms are amazing things!
    Trying to remain debt free!
    Sept GC £24.10/£200
    Weekly spend £0/£50
    Sealed pot £3.15
  • I have had a vasectomy! and I cant use condoms, I was married to the 1st two women for 4 years before having kids, don't think that is unjust!

the !!!!! was a mistake, she said took morning after pill, then 2 weeks later told me she didn't like the side effects so didn't in the end, so she used me.

To make things more interesting, My daughters mum, whom they are taken the money for, has yet to receive any of it, and contacted them.

The CSA advised they have no open case since 2007.

So this is fraudulent, as the paperwork shows they are taken it for her.

It is probably owed to the Secretary of State who more than likely paid for your children.
