Another man is named on the birth certificate as the father, and he is named after this man.
You don't need to take a DNA test if she has named another man as the child's father.0 -
I was just going to say, if you are not named as the father on the birth certificate why on earth are you paying child maintenance for this child??0

My son who is 9 I pay for his swimming every month which is £40. My eldest who is 15, she is one of the ones CSA is claiming for, her mother advised she did not contact CSA and dose not want my money (they are rich) and as long as I give her £40 a month pocket money (same as my son) she is happy for that.
I'll ask again, does the mother receive money directly from the CSA, if so why doesn't she just give it back to you minus the £40 a month pocket money? It's someone else's fault.0 -
I confronted her about this, and she agreed not to GOTO CSA if I didn't go and give a statement to CPS.
I hope I am reading this wrong.... letting children in a potentially abusing situation for the sake of a few £££.0 -
Its at times like this when I wish I still worked for the CSA, would love to get my teeth in to this case and help sort it one way or another.0

I tried telling CSA that, they dont even look at the birth certificate. and lawyer said she can name anyone on the BC and claim anyone is the dad with CSA and its upto them to prove they are not.Which ex does the two year old live with? The rich one who also has the 15 year old and doesn't need your money or the one with 6 kids? I am very confused
Right. my eldest 2 live with their mums I was married too. one is now married to a women, she left me for her, just after our daughter was born (used for a child) She is the rich one my daughter is 15.
My son aged 9, is with the women I was with for 10years and married for 7years. She left me for another man because I wouldn't renew our wedding vowels until or 10yr anniversary.
The youngest, is a physco chav, who I got with when I split from above wife number 2. I was with her a few months It was an abusive relationship, and I was used again for a child (in theory) I want nothing to do with her and she as caused no end of trouble including abuse and criminal damage and other threats. She as also been on Jerermy Kyle and tried dragging me on there. I was not in a right state of mind at the time and did not know what I was doing, so made some stupid choices.
My current partner has 3 children of her own. her only income is benefit for 2 of them, as the eldest has just turned 18. she gets no benefits.0 -

No, she can't. If a couple aren't married, the man has to be present at the birth registration and give his name as the father.0 -

CSA do take more than 50%. The protected income means nothing to them. When i first started paying i was assessed at more than my net pay. My ex decided to play little games. It seems CSA dont actually need any evidence of income, just one phone call from the PWC is enough and they take that over payslips, P60 and letters from the employer.
Nothing worked to get them to re-assess. They even did a DEO for MORE than i actually earned. My employer didnt pay the requested amount because of the protected income level (and they didnt pay me that much) but it didnt stop CSA demanding it. Eventually they realized they were wrong. BUT they didnt reduce the arrears. Yep. All the time the assessment was 100% BS and more than i was earning the arrears built up because of them and my ex and they refused to write them off.
Next month i should be free. CSA are lying scum who dont give a cr*p about anyone. They drove me to the brink many times and i can honestly say i wouldnt p**s on a CSA employee if they were on fire.
Any of you commenting about how they are only doing their jobs etc have clearly never been on the wrong side of this organisation.
you dont want them to take you to court. Its THEIR court. They basically have the power of God. They can take your driving license, your passport and your house now. They can be beaten though. Its not easy and its not for everyone but it is possible.0
