Just wanted to say thanks for the help, I sent the letter as recommended in the pinned post not acknowledging who was driving etc and it worked a treat - got a letter back a couple of weeks later cancelling the ticket. Brilliant stuff.0

Excellent result and glad our advice helped and paid off. Thank you very much for updating us; you won't believe the number who suck every last drop from us and never come back with an update.
Getting feedback really does keep regulars, who put hours and hours of their own time - free of charge - to help people they will never know, or bump into in their lives to fight off these extortionate and unfair parking charges, motivated to help the inevitable 'next one' to fall foul of the made-up rules, designed to entrap the motorist and enrich the PPC!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
