I have just taken a call from these guys, as many others have mentioned very polite and professional initially.
However I am generally sceptical of these companies so when I checked their Terms and Conditions I realised they were Scarlett Marketing Services and checked on this forum.
When I explained politely to them that I wasn't happy with their terms and conditions and the fact that their trading company had a poor reputation the guys approach totally changed to
"Well it's you money you are wasting, I am not going to argue with you because it is a Friday afternoon and I am fed up of talking to customers this week"
He then put the phone down just as I was pointing out that they rang me.0 -
If your number is TPS registered, put a complaint in.0

Do not use this company under any circumstances. I was contacted by them July 2014 and parted with £350 which they said I would get back if my claim was unsuccessful. Despite me telling them I didn't believe I would have a positive claim they talked me into signing up. Nearly 2 years later I have not had a successful claim and I have not received my fee back. They are terrible to get hold of and then cut you off when you start talking about fraud. AVOID AT ALL COST!!0

Be ready for a long wait if you go to the Legal Ombudsman I put my case with them on 10 February still not had my case looked at.0

Since people have waited literally years for the outcome of PPI referrals to the Financial Ombudsman, I'd say waiting only two months (so far) is a trifle by comparison.Be ready for a long wait if you go to the Legal Ombudsman I put my case with them on 10 February still not had my case looked at.0 -
I have obviously been dupped by this company and paid upfront sometime last year. I keep getting emails updating where I am in the process, with no progress being made. I have attempted to email them, and Scarlet services, and go through the link on the email to contact them but I get nowhere as all the emails are returned and the website doesn't exist. What can I do next as I want my money back. Also, having put in this claim through them which has obviously come to nothing, can I put in a claim elsewhere? I have tried to contact them through the SMS Legal website again and it won't allow me to "open a ticket" as you need to enter some text that they give you and there isn't any there!0
