    because it would be more instant...no refreshing, some people wouldnt realise to refresh to gain a response...plus if some people wanna go one to one if one knows a specific answer to a question it can me made more easily available, some might need specific wording on recent documents coming from the courts that they dont understand yet someone else has had exact same probs...that is why and as we all can see by the volume of same questions is asked it would be far easier to jump in a chat room if you cant find your answer to a specific question.

    I see your point lindilou but I think you would need lots of chatrooms to cater for your vision, there is more to mse than just DFW and bank charges, people post questions about everything, if there was 1 big chatroom all the genuine questions would get lost in the a/s/l carp. The forums take a bit of getting used to but I think they are actually very well organised a it is.

    A chatroom would be good for lighthearted banter though :)
