Not getting this breathing out and in right with the inhaler.
DD2 has told me I am letting it escape. And then I didn't press it quick enough the second time I breathed in first.
How on earth do kids get it right......
sorry to hear you are poorly Tiny. I think the latest advice is to use a spacer with the inhaler, you can get them at the chemist. I was told that adults are being encouraged to use them as well as kids now.
Hope things pick up quickly for you.xx0 -

Not different looking but when you scan an apg you have to use a handheld scanner and beep the barcode on the receipt as well as the apg itself... Then the sa had to type in the transaction number from on the receipt...
But of a palarvour (sp) if you ask me... Think I will stick to manned tills for a while ...
That sounds like a good thing to me
Here's hoping it actually flags up if it's been used already which I guess is ultimately the pointApparently, everybody knows that the bird is [strike]the word[/strike] a moorhen0 -

Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
Take time but don't waste time0 -

Thanks marrbett.
I think DD2 may have new one that she didn't use years ago, will check we still have it. She was diagnosed as a teenager with some sort of sport related mild asthma when she used to train a lot, but has not had the symptons for years now and no longer needs to use inhalers. I hope my hoarding may come in useful for once.
The walk to Corfe from East Creech on Saturday was such an effort took me 1h 20 mins and had to stop 3 times, I really felt like an old lady, only went the lower path too, usually only takes at most an hour.
Hope you and your family are keeping well, not seen you in ages. Sure we must be due another Elite meet.0 -

There's obviously reasoning behind it and hopefully you are right. But the ss tills don't actually tell you to do it which was the problem it just kept asking me to scan....
Just something new to get used to.0 -

Just made a picnic and off to Dover Castle. I'm quite excited for the under ground tunnels.

Oh my goodness I only remember him as a young boy.
Congratulations to him. How exciting for you all. :T
The lower walk is lovely as you have the shade of the trees on a hot day most of the way and I love the stream as you get near to Corfe. The only not so good bit is having to walk through Norden Farm, it stinks! We did notice they seem to have had a good tidy up there this year though as you walk through the farm yard bit, I didn't think the smell was not quite as bad as usual. I like to get through that bit pretty quickish.0 -
Morning all,
Didn't mention before but have not been well while I was away, it started before I went to Larmer Tree actually. Have had an unexplained wheeze and now coughing too been to GP this morning and have been put on steroids and given inhaler.
Sometimes in the evenings I have been sounding like an engine purring.
Hope I am sorted before my Turkey holiday, I guess I will need to let the travel insurance people know. Hope it doesn't cause me any problems.
I have to go see the asthma nurse to be assessed in couple of weeks, GP not sure whether it is as I have never had problems before well except earlier this year after an infection but that cleared up. This has come out of the blue no sign of any infection to have caused it this time.
Sorry you having problems Tiny, I also see that you have been given an inhaler. I use them now and I also got a 'spacer' from GP it makes it so much easier to inhale now, nothing gets lost, it all gets inhaled.Morning all.
Hope everyone is well. RL getting in my way again and I feel I'm missing so much here. Must try harder!
Just wanted to pop in and say well done to Mrs Nerf.
Have a great day everyone.
Don't feel you're missing out Pacifica, RL is our 1st duty, we all have it and have to miss out on here at time to time. As long as RL is ticking over you just get used to popping in and out of here.
I know what you mean though and how you feel, long as you are ok that's the main thing xThere's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0
