CalmSpirit, oil of cloves as Nanny says, and also dissoluble asprin, put between the tooth and the gum to dissolve works.

No not really I still use both. Never got any in my local Tesco but have elsewhere

Thanks everyone for your concern, I am fine , my arm looks like it's been in a mangle and I now need to learn how to sharp needle but I will be fine, onward and upward and to top it all my thyroid is overactive too, lol:)
