I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it. :)

I was getting fed up of our postal deliveries getting later and later and more erratic so I sent off an email to our sorting office

Needless to say the reply I got was the standard one which basically said "tough get over it"

but we had a new delivery lad this morning and he was here before 10 :j

"Thank you for your email. I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with the time we're delivering your mail.

I understand the time you receive your mail is causing you concern and I'm also sorry that we are not able to guarantee the delivery of your mail at the same time each day. Our commitment is to ensure that all customers receive at least one delivery a day, six days a week and the time we deliver can and does vary.

There are a number of factors that influence the time we get mail out for delivery. These include the transportation of mail through our postal pipeline and subsequent volumes of mail available for delivery.

We're constantly looking at ways to continue providing our customers with consistent levels of service and this includes ensuring we plan our delivery rounds as efficiently as possible. This sometimes means changing the order of a delivery round or increasing the number of properties we deliver to within each route. Whilst we do all we can to minimise the impact this has on our customers, it can sometimes alter the time mail is delivered. I'm sorry if this causes you any inconvenience."

Thanks for your email and I'm sorry we're unable to deliver your mail at an earlier or set time each day. "

Ooh these are still online for £1.98
could compare to M 2 for £3.50 giving 40p back per pack .

They were in an ex netto not the big store where my c+c comes from so wouldn't work for me.

Does my head in how prices vary so much from store to store.....

Well worth enrolling your cats and dogs in the pets at Pets at Home VIP club

    https://vip.petsathome.com/Club.aspx?source=site

we have had various discount coupons etc and today 2 packs arrived with 2 free Whiskas sachets and 2 coupons - an instore one for a free pack of Whiskas dentabites treats and £1 off whiskas 12 packs both valid until 01/09

sadly not on TCB or Q but Whiskas seems to be £2.50 - not sure if this is an online price or instore which is a better price than the supermarkets - so £1.50 after the MOC
I had this same pack but from Mr t
