Tell me about it! Mind you they were the first and last tenants to poop on me.
When I bought the house I'm in now I kept my old house and let that out for years no bother. Bought 2 more in same road and no bother. It was just the troublesome shysters in the newest purchase. The trick is, keep up all insurances, save money from the rents for repairs, updates etc.

Not been able to keep up lately as been sinking a little with depression, but got appointment with nurse practitioner at surgery on Friday so hope to gets my meds adjusted/increased so looking for an improvement soon
