    Evening folkies

You are back, and good to know that it went well. What more can I say, oh yes, where is the 'you' pics please?

    Well. Wedding report.

Despite my reservations, I actually enjoyed myself :D My little bro is happy and that's all that matters. There is too much bad feeling in the world for genuine reasons for us to be squabbling about petty stuff. Dont get me wrong, I'm not able to roll out the red carpet for them but I'm happy that I can move on from stuff that's happened in the past.

They still ain't ever staying in my house again, ever :rotfl:

I've got it on record frequent as watching something else. Have seen the 2 previous though. Some slimey scum out there in the world of letting

yes and that's just the tenants  who damage property, cause huge amount of damages and then does a bunk with unpaid bills and unpaid rent.
Trust me I've seen it all.
Tried of hearing of bad landlords when there's just as many bad tenants around

    Long time no speak Scamps.

It can work, but as you can see, getting the nightmare tenant out is another thing I can tell you.

When I had a letting house my tenants were all good. Paid on time, kept place clean, gardens manicured. 6th family move in and after 14 months of living there were behind on rent by 4 months. I called to see them they paid half and promised half next week. The total they owed was paid in full as promised.
The following month rent paid to me in CASH  another 5 months rolled on and I eventually had a call from police  the cheeky lighters (tenants) had done a moonlight flit but had been responsible for several armed raids. My property was in one hell of a state and cost a lot to sort out too.
