Think I'm going to get more mouthwash. It's something we use and I'm trying to build up a 2yr buffer up on non perishables

Same here, can't have enough mouthwash!!! I probably have a 2 year buffer on most toiletries!! Do you think that's normal? :rotfl:

Can anyone remember the Mum and Me baby stuff we were getting a while ago with the coupons? I have found loads of this that I had forgotten about do you think this will last or go off?

this has reminded me as well, I have a stash somewhere.

I fill the hand wash bottles up with baby bath and I like the skin lotions. But being honest I can maybe use up 500ml or one litre of baby bath in a month so even having a dozen bottles is enough of a stash to last at least a year.
I think I am going to have to be ruthless and dig the stash out - where from who knows...- and start adding them to the food bank bags. I've got dozens of mini bottles as well.

Ha ha!! The SA make the rules up as there go along! I spent mine of cereal today no questions asked!!

They really do, we went on Friday... on mass!

I went through one till with no problems, the SA was impressed that I managed to spent 2p over 5 shops!

But I could see OH having problems, and heated debates taking place. Once I am clear, I go and check on him.... the SA and supervisor had said he could have fresh orange juice and walkers, but no food!.... hilarious. I did not want the supervisor to see me, so I told him to just leave it and I walked off.

I then rang DS2 up, who was still in the shop and told him to go to the same SA I used.... he messed up and was mega trouted, he had the SA (who was okay), the supervisor and two men in white shirts (we were sat in the car watching!) all at him... he stood his grounds and they eventually agreed that he could have one item of food with a packet of Walkers crisps, he still needs to make a formal complaint. But I do wonder about the tactics they used, they were quiet confrontational and intimidating for a young man who looks around 17 (he is actually 22). Strangely he loved it... he asked the supervisor to reflect on her emotional responses when someone uses coupons.. and then went on asking her increasingly probing questions in to her psychological responses!

    :D:D:D:D

We have found them easier to use in T, and the general shop is:-

    Pizza £1.50
    Sausages £2.00
    Crisps 55p.

    5 p to pay!

Buzzagent - check your page now. Someone on the other thread said there was a new campaign for Jacobs cracker crisps, Ive had not email but there it was on my page.

Yes more crisps but this one does not start until the end of the month so by that time we will have scoffed or redistributed the walkers :D

    lol
Just give it to charity shops, or sling it in landfill.

    Caveat emptor after all.

My ebay reference was in response to QOC thinking she had been overcharged on her handbag!

My new year resolution 3 and a half years ago was to get rid of min 10 items per week, something I have managed to do via our local hospice shop/rspca. Don't believe in landfill as there is always someone who thinks your junk treasure!

I've used all my mini bottles and samples up now apart from 2 or 3 in my night bag. I've been putting all similar items in the same boxes etc. So I know where everything is

I am quite enjoying the challenge of doing little shops under £5 to include a walkers plus cashback items.

the only store i've had problems with is sainsburys where I've had to buy single bags as nothing in a multibag is on offer.

    so today it was
    2 bananas 25p
    reduced radishes 50p
    4 reduced peaches 50p
    quavers 55p
    elderflower cordial £2
4 rolls to go with the salad £1

so 80p after using the walkers MOC :j

10p on COS for walkers and 10p for the bananas :D
