Where is the OP going with this?

I have re read Redx posts and can not see any rude, aggressive comments, to the point yes.

The OP should understand that newbies show up at this site without doing any leg work so are pointed in the direction of the stickies thread so they have better understanding when posting and subsequent responses,or you just end up going round in circles, as per your description in calling it a "fine/penalty"

Once you have read the newbies thread a few times you get the feeling for how low these PPC,s act, common mistakes made by people caught up in these scams and can post more precisely and understand responses and how to act without asking the same question over and over.

Don't know about anyone else I would rather be told straight rather than !!!!! footing around, why use 100,s of words when a few will suffice.

Xirokx, the reason people are discouraged from using the words fine or penalties on here is because they are not.
The other reasons are that calling them by these words gives a false legitimacy to what is a dressed up fake charge that confuses newcomers, and the feint hearted.
Why do you think that the scumbags use the term PCN, and yellow and black envelopes to impersonate legitimate tickets for.
I suggest you swallow your pride over Redx's terminology which is sharp, to the point and very helpful, because if you can't stand that, the follow up communication route from the PPC and their laughable debt collectors will have you quaking in your boots!
Far better to follow advice and put real energy into fighting scammers than those with your best interests at heart!;)

Sorry I have no idea why you harp on about customer services, or what relevance it has here, but you do seem to have a chip on your shoulder about something.
I think you best pay up and shut up, I doubt you will get much more help on here. I am surprised you are in customer services with your ranting attitude, which you may be able to control in the work place, but have very little control over on here!
Never mind, the customer service from ppc's and debt collectors will no doubt meet your exacting standards!

I'd much rather he was here than not, and that doesn't change however he delivers his verdict!
