xirokx you really are doing yourself no favours, you're still calling it a penalty despite all the posts pointing out your error. And instead of acting on the advice proffered you seem to want to enter into some sort of irrelevant argument about style. Read the newbie thread, then read it again. Once you've got your head around the legalities and how to defeat this demand for monies, come back with your appeal and after its turned down, come back with your POPLA appeal.

Its entirely up to you if you whether you want to give the parking company money unnecessarily or not.

I appreciate his help as I said but not the way he thinks he can deliver it because he is helping...I dont know Redx I did not ask Redx to reply? so he has no right to speak to anyone that way, if he doesnt like answering same questions from 1000000 people then dont post, its so simple.

definately not here to wind people up, you know I am so sorry for asking for a solution to a problem. I wonder how Martin Lewis would feel if he knew people were acting like idiots on his forums...

forum owls should not post if they resort to belitting , condescending and insulting users of the forum who are already confused about their given situation...

Its like saying the police deal with so many crimes so now they can beat people to a pulp or decide who is guilty and innocent as they have seen it all...

I use so many forums , I post questions and I answer questions that does not give me the right to post harshly worded questions and answers...
