I have just asked him a question about the item:

    Hi there,

I have contacted my local Volvo dealer about this software (as you sugested in your listing) as I was unsure which one I needed.

They seemed quite interested in the product especially at this bargain price. I have given them your sellers ID as they requested. You should be hearing from them soon, perhaps they want to make a bulk order as they did seem very interested indeed? - They were on the phone to someone about it as I was leaving the service centre.

    Wonder what reply I'll get?

tell him if he doesnt you will report it to ebay as item not described ...

Please be careful when promising no further action....
    Sec 23 Theft Act 1968
Advertising rewards for return of goods stolen or lost
....... uses any words to the effect that no questions will be asked, or that the person producing the goods will be safe from apprehension or inquiry,.....

This person is obviously still selling on Ebay.... if his goods are fake as you describe, my advice is report it to Trading standards, report it to Ebay, let each agency be aware of the others enquiry reference, & get him sorted to prevent others falling foul

    Regards

Glad i got the result that i was hoping for.
Changing the subject slightly now.I am on my paypal account and looked through all the options i can see but cannot find out how to change so it comes of my card not from my bank.
    Where about is that option.

    Cheers

you wont find it anywhere, you have to do it whenever you pay for an item, on the page where you click Pay to confirm a payment it will state what the 'source of funds' is, and will usually state something like Bank Account xxxx (xxx being some digits from your account number) click on Funding Options just beneath this and select your credit card (if you have stored this information with paypal)
  • He knows he is in the wrong though as he refunded you right away. All he has lostis the money for the !!!!!!.

:rotfl: i know there's a typo there but just cant stop laughing!! my sides are about to split!!!!!! :rotfl:
