I ordered before 11:30 this morning, bet now everyone and his dog has put in orders no one will get any.
It does say you may need to wait 24hrs for the status update but we will see.

I was past that stage but now mine has gone back to it.

As the manufacturer’s code given by Dell is 33348, it would appear to be quicklinx 40BWTB on the dabs.com website. Given that the one review on that page was posted 3 September last year, the only way it could be described as new is if it’s new to the Dell website. Looking at Iomega’s product range suggests that, apart from the MiniMax range, their 3.5” external drives currently start at a minimum capacity of 320GB. This would suggest that Dell’s price is genuine and that they’ve just got some old stock they want to shift. Having ordered one myself, I’m not even sure I want it now. The comments from the reviewer on dabs.com that it gets rather hot and “now the external hard disk has failed” don’t sound very promising.

....and the fact it is now 10.45pm and still at the same price makes it look less like a misprice, but we shall see. :)
