Section 3.2 states all orders will be treated as offers.

Section 3.3 then states that Dell will accept said offer and make a binding agreement by issuing an order confirmation. Order confirmation is binding...

As i tried to say. Thank you Sponge. You have been corrected ianonline :money:

I understand how you may feel like that. Personally I don't feel hard done by, or even annoyed with Dell. If I don't get the goods I won't lose a second of sleep over it. But if there's the slightest chance (even if it's in my own mind :p ) that a little bit of time and effort could result in Dell honouring my order, even if they call it a 'gesture of good will' then I'll continue

They may have terms and conditions which state they are not responsible for mispriced items, however this term in there contract can be argued under the Unfair contract terms act.
As I understand it the 'extra' terms and conditions regarding pricing errors were added to your Order Confirmation, your contract with Dell was on their original terms and conditions at the time of ordering, how can you agree to 'extra' terms and conditions if you didn't know what they are?
Thus the 'extra' terms and conditions are unfair?
