I can see this story appearing in the Daily Mail next week.:rotfl:

Obviously there would be a need to add more dramatic and sensationalised lines to this non-story.

For local papers have a photo of family holding baby with long faces outside their property, arms folded.

For DM, if you can find a photo of a pretty teenage white girl angle they'll be up for it.

Or Something to do with lost baby buggies causing/curing cancer, of course.

A little update, they've now accepted responsibility (after sending us an internal email enquiring to the on site staff stating we flew with Jet2 - we didnt), and have informed us the prams in holding at the hotel. They've said if we arrange a courier they will reimburse us.

I've got a quote from UPS for around 350USD and am unable and unwilling to pay that. Would small claims court be the best bet?

Thomas Cook have reps on site. They also have aircraft flying in and out of Turkey. How difficult is it for them to label pram, and put it on aircraft back to UK. then pay courier to deliver to family. If they loose peoples luggage they normally do this.

So blooming simple. they mess up. they should fix.
