Just to let you all know the matter has now been resolved in our favour and claim has been denied.
Amazon will always rule in favour of the seller if the seller has offered the return and then the buyer opens an A-Z.
Most sellers forget this and don't add the details to the case. Usually a screenshot showing the message and return authorisation will suffice.0 -

Exactly what we did so they could see we have offered this. However the buyer did not respond to Amazon for further information and to a reminder.0
