The A-Z thing is marketing for Amazon.
Which part of UK law says you can buy something, change your mind, get a refund and keep it?"Love you Dave Brooker! x"

No. They'll mostly refund before getting the item back and provide a return label. I've even had Amazon refund and send a new item whilst I still had the old one, so two for the price of none.
A while ago I bought some window blades and noticed a fault with them about 1 month after purchase. I contacted Amazon who immediately replaced replacements and asked me to return the faulty blades and provided a return label.
However they did advise if the faulty ones were not returned in say 30 days they would charge me for the replacements.
It may be they will refund the buyer immediately and provide them with a return lable and if not returned in say a 30 day period the the buyers card would be debited.
All guess work of course and thanks to everyone for their invaluable input.0 -

That's pretty much it. See what happens for now. As I said there's no knowing what will happen until the buyer gets a chance to return.A while ago I bought some window blades and noticed a fault with them about 1 month after purchase. One thing I do know is that Amazon will listen to you and usually go with a sensible outcome. I've had some problems with their customer service but they're usually on the ball and helpful.
Also, their customers tend not to be dodgy, their system is pretty good at that..0 -
Just to let you all know the matter has now been resolved in our favour and claim has been denied.0
