is friday a cheaper way of flying? or should i avoid fridays and weekends? meaning i should look into going on a thursday?
Might look at going the week before half term then.
the eurostar from st pancras, does it go straight to eurodisney or somewhere else? i am looking at staying in Santa Fe.
the week before half term should be a lot cheaper, and if you can avoid a Saturday check-in date the price on the DLP website for the Santa Fe will be cheaper again.
There are direct and indirect services to DLP on the Eurostar, its clearly notified on the Eurostar website (don't book your travel through Disney, book it yourself direct with Eurostar).0 -
November opening hours I don't think are out yet! As to how busy, depends on so many factors but weekdays will always be quieter once school holidays end. I remember one year one company ran a promotion for the w/e's when Xmas was on at Disney, it was heaving! Xmas starts on 9th November at Disney!0

Am thinking of visiting on the weekend of 17-18 November. How busy should I expect the parks to be? Also are they still open late then for the 20th Annversary show?
TIA
You might be okay that weekend, as its one of the cheaper local annual pass blockout dates on 17th. So the parks will be quieter than on normal Christmas season weekends(they are normally pretty busy).
Usually on weekends (ie Saturday and Sunday nights) the main park is open later anyway, so I'd expect a 9pm or 10pm close on those evenings. Midweek it won't be so late, because the park only needs to stay open until the sun has set for Dreams, and in November the sun sets at around 5pm at DLP. So Mon-Fri evening I'd expect the main park to close at 7pm at that time of year.0 -
Have you tried the Irish web site? http://www.disneylandparis.ie/index.xhtml. I found this £100 cheaper than using the English offering!
Great tip. Potentially going to save me about £75.Saving and spending in equal measure0 -
I was thinking of visiting DLP over Easter holidays 2013. Can I expect it to be busy. Would I be better off waiting until the half term at the end of June?0

I have a quick question. The character breakfasts and dinners, if I go half board plus do I get them for free? It seems only the princess one and buffalo bill one are totally covered by premium vouchers.
Essentially when I book this, do I need to add character breakfast if I want to do it? Or is it included for free in places.Saving and spending in equal measure0 -

your half board vouchers are valid for table/buffet service lunch or dinner only, they are not valid for any breakfast option. Breakfast is included in your onsite hotel booking though, at your hotel only, for free.
Are you sure you want half board vouchers? They don't save you much (if any) money (certainly not the 10% as advertised) and they restrict where/what you eat.
You could do lunch or dinner at Cafe Mickey for example (which are full character meals) and share pizza/sides between you all. This is perfectly acceptable there, and its a very good value way of having a great character meal (especially compared to the set menus or having breakfast there, which in my opinion is very expensive).
If you do decide to book half board vouchers, you can use them as cash (but again, this won't save you any money) against a character meal for the Princess lunch or for Buffalo Bills, and also at Cafe Mickey lunch or dinner.0 -

The best thing to do is to check the French and UK school holidays (and Spanish and Italian if you can) for the Easter holiday dates you have. If all or most of these countries have school holidays when you do, DLP will be very busy.
Do you mean the end of May or end of June for half term? If its end of June, that will be fairly busy because the Spanish and Italian schools finish for the summer holidays by the end of June.0 -
Hi, I have Sky free tickets for Saturday and I am buying tickets from Expedia for the Sunday. Will I be able to change the vouchers for both days at the same time? Can I do this on Friday evening or saturday morning? Or will I have to do Sky tickets saturday morning and expedia ticket sunday morning and queue up twice??0

They do still have pin trading bags and lots of pins in all the shops and the pin trading lanyards but it seems not such a large thing as it was 6years ago or so. I didnt look at prices although did get one 20th anniversary one for 8 euros 99. that was just last week. Hope that is of some help. Enjoy yourself.
Thank you - that's great info for us! Many thanks! Excited now!
legg11 - we have Sky tickets for this coming Monday and another set for Tuesday - we're exchanging the vouchers on the morning of each relevant date. Not sure how the expedia ones would work.Addicted to Disneyland Paris!
