looking at booking our first trip to euro disney and after some advice please, we have 7 and 2 year daughters and are thinking do we wait until next year as just wondering is 2 too young to take her? what is the best time of year to go as obviously it is busy all year round but have read somewher that end of oct is manic (if we decide on this year that is), is ED far away from Paris as was thinking about having a look at the eiffel tower on the way back to CDG airport (is that far away too?) as this is probably the only time we will ever be able to afford this type of trip as have been left some money and its the kids dreams to go. which would be the best hotel at the park to stay at without going over the top, was looking at sequioia lodge or something along those lines, sorry for all the questions and any advice would be greatly appreciated

if your half term in October is w/c 22nd you'll be okay as far as crowd levels go, if its w/c 29th it will be very busy.

We have gone midweek in November a few times, thats a lovely time to go as its usually very quiet, and its Christmas season. Any time after 11th November this year and you'll get the quiet times too :).

February half term is quiet - but can be very very cold!

There might be a flash sale for the summer holidays this year yet, if that would suit?

Sequoia Lodge is a good mid-range hotel at DLP :).

I can't help with Paris, I've never made it there yet from DLP (I don't think I ever will).

    Hi

Im looking to book the eurostar direct with them as it works out cheaper but for the dates im looking at there are no direct trains all of the options have one change with about half an hour wait at Lille for the next connecting train. Has anyone done this and is it much hasstle, as it will just be me and my six year old daughter?
    many thanks

Ive never done it but have read about plenty of people who have on another forum and they all said it was hassle free. Try here http://www.disboards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=77

  • We've always taken food in & never had it taken off us. I just put my bag in the xray machine, no-ones ever asked to look in it. We take sandwich bags so the contents would be visible to anyone should they want to look anyway.
