phone eurostar now - their fares for september may already be available to book over the phone, and the sooner you book, the cheaper the price you pay.

there are 2 ways of staying near DLP - you can stay onsite, so price up a stay on the official Disneyland Paris site for your party and preferred dates.

or, with the age of your children, you can stay very nearby in one of the associated hotels, and buy Dream annual passes from promoparcs or cemultiavantges. This gives you discount prices on the 2 adult annual passes you would need, plus you get your 4-year olds pass free. Your infant doesn't need a park ticket as infants are free until they are 3 years old at DLP.

The associated hotels are the Explorers, the Dream Castle, the Magic Circus, and the Kyriad. All these hotels have a free shuttle bus between the hotels and the parks all day every day. Have a look on travelrepublic, expedia, alpharooms etc etc to get an idea of prices for those hotels for a 3-night stay in September.

you can hire a kettle at the Cheyenne, you pay a 30 euro refundable deposit.

People have mentioned a Disney Express thing. I've looked it up and it seems like you can have your luggage stored when you get to Disney until you want to go to your hotel. I booked Eurostar over the phone and they didn't mention this. I can't see anything about it on their website. Does anyone know whether I can buy Disney Express as a separate add-on from somewhere, or does it need to be bought at the same time as booking the train, as part of the package?

Be worth phoning eurostar our disney express was booked through our travel agent very usefull, as they give you your park tickets etc on train, get to disneyland, goto the express counter, leave luggage, and then luggage taken to hotel for you, then on way home take luggage to reception of hotel, and then pick up at eurostar before journey home, made live easier.

Oh tip if you book or have the express service, ask for at least 1 or 2 extra luggage tickets, we had 5 bags to check in and I asked for 6, so our carrier of pressies went on that ticket on the way home so no lugging it round the park lol

Just called Eurostar and was told I can buy Disney Express on the day of travel from the station. Not staying in a disney hotel though so will need to ask whether my hotel is included. 16 Euros per person each way so will have a think about whether it's worth it.

I think I read somewhere there are lockers that can be hired at the station. Might be a cheaper option if we don't get luggage transfer for our hotel.
Can anyone confirm?

i wouldn't bother with Disney Express unless you are going just for one or 2 days and have to cram everything in in that restricted time.

you can however, if your hotel is included in the scheme (and all the associated hotels are), ask the hotel to send your luggage to the Disney Express luggage area at the train station on the day you check out. This only costs 11 euros per room (not per person) and frees you up for your whole last day with no need to worry about your luggage.

yes, there are also normal luggage store locker facilities inside the train station too.

eta are you staying at the Adagio? I'm not sure if that hotel is included in Disney express or not - I guess you'd have to contact them to ask.

we wouldnt of coped getting on the shuttle bus with 4 suitcases and 2 rucksacks, so we where glad of the disney express, if I was staying at the disneyland hotel of one of the near to park onesI wouldnt use it, but a round trip to the explorers by shuttle took 30 mins and I wasnt waisting 30 mins of park time lol.
I found that out as I forgot meal vouchers one day, and another time my dd left Jessie at bus stop at hotel, driver was very good and let hubby out by the explorers to get Jessie, but he then had to get the next bus in.
Also think it depends on what time you get into the park.

I would use lockers if it works out easier.

I emailed the Adagio hotel and they do offer Disney Express for 11 Euros so that will be the plan. I've just replied to ask whether I need to book it now or just look for it on the day and pay then.

It's getting so hard now not to tell the kids! We've decided to let them know after Easter.
