Hehe, I've just booked to go in January and I'm excited already - love love love DLP!! :j:j:j0 -
Does anyone know roughly the cost of return transfer from CDG airport to Hotel Santa Fe with a taxi at the airport? Or should I book the bus at £100 return?
Tia, Paul.
Hi I used a taxi RS Transports when I went to DLP a month ago. There were 5 of us and it costs 160 euros return. It was about 30 euros more than the bus for us but I have been told the bus takes a long time because it has to go to every hotel and with 3 excited kiddies figured the quicker we got there the better!!!! They arrived at the airport about 5 minutes after us with our name on a card so easy to spot, and they met us outside the hotel on the last day on time! Only thing to add if you do use them is they wanted confirmation the day before you leave so I went to the hotel reception at Sequioa Lodge and the lady there telephoned them for me, very helpful!!! Have fun!!!!0 -
So for those of you in 'the know' about DLP - do you think there will be a better deal than the current 30% off for going next March?
Thanks Emma
I don't know but I am going to wait. Went to DLP last month using the 40% offer so I'm guessing that will come around again at some point. Sorry not much help!0 -
Hi everyone, does anyone know which hotels offer a separate living area (eg away from beds with children in) so that we don't have to go to bed at the same time. I know davey crocket does but its not clear from website or broucher if any others do?
Thanks!0 -

I know the basic rooms don't at Sequoia Lodge, The Cheyenne or Santa Fe.
The suites will but they are not cheap!
The circus themed non-Disney one has bunk areas with a curtain around so you could pop the children in and relax on your bed? That may be a cheaper option? They have their own little TV in there too.
Or have you looked into inter-connecting rooms?
It's not something we've found to be a problem because they are sooo tired after a day in the park, they just flake, as do we!0 -
As bestpud says, none of the hotels (onsite or associated) have a separate living area in any of their standard rooms. I have to say its not an issue for me either, after a day in the parks (which for us usually starts at around 7.30am French time) and dinner after the parks close, I'm just as ready for a soak in the bath then bed as my daughter is

Hi Everyone, I am hoping all you DLP fans can help me with a problem I am having......:o
We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 children 10, 8 and 3. I am looking to go to DLP but would really like to stay in one of the DLP hotels but as far as I can find the only hotel I can stay at is the Disney Land Castle one, is this my only option??? The reason I ask is because the prices are coming in at over £1000.00 for March!!!
If anyone has any advice I would be most greatful.
Thank you all in advance:)0 -

have you checked out the davey crockett or the newport bay they all offer rooms for 5 or 6
I have just tried the newport bay but put your 3 yr old as 2 years and it came out as one room for the 5 of you for 3 nights 4 days £623
My sil often puts her youngest as a baby and buys a ticket for the park so they can have 1 room her kids are 4/5/7
davey crockett was £576.80 and that is a bungalow with your 3 children being correct ages

Oh so DLP don't mind people doing that??? Must say I had thought about doing that but did not know how hot they would be on ages etc.
With the Davey Crockett do you need to have a car???
Thank you for looking:D0 -
Yip with Davy Crockett it is better to have a car.You may walk and you may run
You leave your footprints all around the sun
And every time the storm and the soul wars come
You just keep on walking0
