I am looking to go mid-March, I really would like the free meals offer but I cannot find it. Does anyone know if it is only for specific dates/hotels?

It finished on 15th December I am afraid. You had to book before then.

The free meal deal was a bit of a con. I booked Disneyland before the offer was advertised and paid for the half-board vouchers. A week or so later the free meals was advertised, so I did a pretend "re-book" (same dates, same hotel etc) and the price was only £10 less than the price I paid. Of course, my deal did not include lunch or a meal on the last day, but overall this did not affect the price a great deal because we made rolls at the breakfast buffet for lunch.

Going to Eurodisney in March from the 8th-10th

    Few questions:

Is it stupidly cold in March? Will there still be the main attractions and stuff open?

Yes it might be quite cold in March. We've been several times in cold weather and it pays to plan ahead. Some things we have done to combat the cold:
    • Plan the day ahead, so you know where you will be eating lunch and approx what time. Nothing worse than being cold and hungry and then having to queue for a table. We usually take a picnic lunch in with us and eat it whilst watching the stunt show.
    • The stunt show grandstand seating is open to the cold and the seats are cold and hard, so we took inflatable camping pillows by Gelert, sitting on these for an hour was infinatley warmer than without. They also came in handy when sitting on kerb waiting for parade.
    • Take flasks of hot drinks for warming you whilst queuing
    • Concider those hand warmer thingys
    • We went in December a couple of years ago and it was bitterly cold, it was the biting wind more than anything. We wore lots of thin layers, several pairs of socks, ugg boots, ski suits and still didnt feel overly warm.
Don't let it put you off though - we love it there , whatever the weather

We ate here twice in December as we enojoyed it soo much, its a bit more expensive than cafe mickey about £15ish but its an all you can eat buffet and the character intervention is much better. Its also much lovely decorared and we had lovely view of the park lit up at night. Under 3s eat here free too as its a buffet and the staff are much friendlier too. I so wish I could afford to go back I must stay off this thread
Wins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.
  • I am going in the February half term and can't wait :j:j
Do you think £500 would be enough for Mon -Thurs, It is me and Husband and our two children 10 and 5. We are staying in the hotel so get breakfast, and I have booked and paid for a character dinner in cafe Mickey and also the Buffalo bill show with dinner. I was going ot bring some drinks and snack things with me. I can't really afford much more than £500 spending money but if people think I would need more I could try and do some extra overtime in the next few weeks, I don't want to scrimp and be watching every penny when I am there.

    Thanks
    Jules.
