Depends on how old the kids are really, could they go on the bigger rides by themselves for instance or if they are young your OH shouldn't have any problems going on the little rides with them? Also will your insurance cover you for cancelling?

Hi, This is my first post, so apologies if it is in the wrong place. My other half has just dislocated his shoulder and we are supposed to be going to DLP in 3 weeks. Does anyone have any suggestions as to whether it is worth going anyway, or if we should postpone Kids are really excited, but not sure if its worth it...

if you take the medical notes, you will be able to get an 'Easy Access' pass, and be able to jump the long queues at all the rides

how bad is it? 3 weeks is a long time, good chance a dislocated shoulder will be alot more comfy by then.....
Please take the time to have a look around my Daughter's website www.daisypalmertrust.co.uk
    (MSE Andrea says ok!)

From a nurses point of view 3 weeks is a long time. If I were you id still go! Some people heal quicker than others, but if hes fit, younger and healthy no no reason to not go. He probably wont be able to do all the big rides but thats if he wanted to anyway.

To be honest its a hard one and I think its probably a decision that only you guys can make.

Im there in three weeks so if you do go have fun and might see u.

sodamnfunky thanks we were looking to pay for buffalo bills with the vouchers.

The voucher, entitles you to 2nd tier seating, if you would like 1st tier seating, the cost is £8 per person supplement until 02/04/09, and then £10 per person 03/04/09-08/11/09.
However those prices are for pre-purchasing. If you arrive and pay, it will be alot more, as the gate price is £47 per person for 2nd tier seating.

    Hope that helps

Is this your first trip to DLRP?

I would go anyway, as there is plenty to do in the resort, its not all wild rides. He will just have to be a little careful.

Anyone used RSTransport? Our late flight means that most options aren't very easy. Were they OK? and where do we get hotel addresses from for booking.
    many thanks
