Can you use the half board standard at face value and pay the difference or do you have to upgrade to the half board plus. If you do upgrade to half board plus does two vouchers pay for the whole meal or do you still have to pay extra.

two halfboard+ vouchers is the cost of the meal, so no you dont have to pay any extra. It will prob be cheaper in the long run to upgrade now to halfboard+ for the whole of your stay, rather than pay the difference in cash, as the exchange rate is so poor at the mo

Am looking to fly from liverpool or manchester as Other half wants it that way. Does any one have a rough idea of what would be a good price for 2 adults, one 2yr old and a 10 month old for 3 nights 4 days??

  • Eurostar is great, ok it goes fast but you dont really feel it, I am not a good traveller either but the Eurostar never bothered me one bit, they board you by your carriage number on the platform so there is no mad dash for the right compartment (well this end anyway) my only advice is to allow plenty of time to board coming back, dont just turn up 30 mins before train due to leave as the queues for security/passport were quite long when we last went. We will get there an hour before, Id rather be on the train for an extra 15 mins or so than miss it home lol.

On board it depends on what you have booked, I booked quite early and got a choice of seats so chose a table for 4 going out, but coming home we have just the normal seats which are like plane seats with a pull down tray, more legroom than a plane though! going out we brought coffee and cheese toastie which was beautiful - cannot wait to have another one this weekend lol.

From Ashford its about 20mins before train enters the tunnel, and you are under for about 30 mins I think, I heard some women on the train say that she thought she would be able to see the fish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the trainstation at marne le valley is literraly opposite the gates of the disney village, oh and if whilst your on holiday and have time, buy a ticket and go one stop on the train (non eurostar of course) to the shopping mall there is also sealife centre there too.

yes is it this number? If you have booked yourself you can call disney on 08448 008 111 and tell them you want to prebook and prepay for the princess meal. You will need your booking ref.

    hth

    cheers for that!!:D

    Ok,

Im skint and really shouldnt be looking at DLP but i really would like to take DS. When i went through the DPL website, it quoted me £906 for the two of us for 2 nights. Surley it can be done cheaper. I dont drive so the hotel would have to be close and being picky i really wanted to stay at a disney hotel. Any tips for other websites? As this thread is huge!

    Thanks
