i was wondering that to about wether its a one morning only during the trip also ref the opening times, as below says an hour before park opening, now would that be an hour before the official opening (10am, therefore from 9 this time of year) or does it mean an hour before extra magic hours(8 am, therefore resturant open from 7??)
this is some info i found on http://www.dlpfoodguide.com/specialevents2.html#BreakfastInPark
Instead of taking your breakfast in your hotel, why not enjoy it in the Disneyland Park itself, before the park opens for other visitors? It's the "Good Morning Fantasyland Breakfast". This is only offered to guest of the Disneyland Resort Paris hotels (except the Disneyland Hotel, Hotel New York and Camp Davy Crockett). Usually it's in the Au Chalet de la Marionnette restaurant in Fantasyland. It starts one hour before the park opens. It offers a standard breakfast buffet including extra's like an American style breakfast (extra charge).
Apart from the fun of having breakfast in the park itself, you get an excellent opportunity to get to the rides (Peter Pan and Dumbo) before anyone else can. So you'll be able to get those busy rides even in the busiest of seasons.
You must make reservations when you make your holiday reservation or at Check In.MFW#105 - 2015 Overpaid £8095 / 2016 Overpaid £6983.24 / 2017 Overpaid £3583.12 / 2018 Overpaid £2583.12 / 2019 Overpaid £2583.12 / 2020 Overpaid £2583.12/ 2021 overpaid £1506.82 /2022 Overpaid £2975.28 / 2023 Overpaid £2677.30 / 2024 Overpaid £2173.61 Total OP since mortgage started in 2015 = £37,286.86 2025 MFW target £1700, payments to date at April 2025 - £1712.07..0 -
Hi, I have booked to stay at the Sequoia Lodge for 3 nights on 3rd March. I am going with my partner & our 4yr old daughter. We decided to book half board plus but am now wondering whether it is advisable to pre book meals before we go? So far I have thought about dining at Cafe Mickey & the Auberge de Cendrillion. Do you think I need to pre-book before we go or should we not have much trouble booking once we are there?
Also is there any other places to eat that people would definately recommend? I have hear that the Blue Lagoon is ok or Annette's Diner?
I don't mind McDonalds but would prefer to eat elsewhere really
Would really appreciate some advice as it is our 1st DLP experiance0 -
I read on the Disneyland web site that during March the park was open 2 hours earlier for guests, would this mean you could get breakfast in the park 2 hours earlier as well.0

We've booked before with www.leisuredirection.co.uk, it's for self-drive if you're happy to do that but you can search on all the different ferry routes, Eurotunnel or Eurostar. I didn't want to to be bothered searching individual ferry or Eurostar fares.
When we went to Disney last July - the Half board option saved us a fortune and most of the restaurants are buffets, pretty much eat as much as you want! Plus we went during a 3 night for the price of 2 offer which made a huge difference to our budget.
Thanks - Where did u stay?0 -
Thanks for all the advice - I've now decided to travel Eurostar but there's no seats available for 29th March online. Note sure whether I should book a seat for my 3 year old? Would I get seats on Eurostar if I phone their agent direct because that's what it says that I can book the hotel but phone the agent to see if seats available. Would there be offers like this later? Not sure what to do now.0

The Conceirge desk at the Sequoia will do any bookings for you or you can book yourself at City Hall once in the park. We liked Annette's Diner!0 -

When you check in they will have a pack with all the info attached to your booking on it so it should be okay but I'd maybe phone again and say you won't receive the letter in time and can they fax or email the confirmation if its really needed?
As regards breakfast times and where for everyone else, you will be asked at check in what times you would like for breakfast and if you want it in the park or not. If you are having breakfast in the park then take the latest time you can get and "do" the rides first. If breakfasting in the hotel then take the earliest time slot you can and get to the parks as soon as possible to get on the rides before the park officially opens.
Don't forget to ask for an early morning wake up call and get the kids to answer the phone.0 -

why?
We are going to DLP in 3 weeks time, staying at sequoia lodge for 5 days. We are taking our 3 children 8,4 and 18mths and looking to add the HB option. What do we do about the youngest, is she free to feed or do we pay for what she eats? If we pay how much does it cost?
Also does the hotel have kettles in the room or do we hire one?
Thanks
