I want to get 2 French simcards so that my DH& I can find each other when we are in different queues etc with different kids - any ideas on where & how much would be much appreciated.
There are loads of prepaid options for calling in France. Most of them you can buy in the Val d'Europe shopping center. Auchan (the hyper market, similar Asda) has their own. It costs 7.90 Euro including a 5 Euro balance...

  • Hi, We have booked a package holiday with LEGER for a 5 day stay at disneyland paris in january. We are staying in 'Explorers hotel' but our package only includes hopper passes for days 2 & 3.

We plan to take the kids for a day trip into Paris to see all the sights on day 4 but we would like to purchase tickets for Disneyland Park for the last day as the Eurostar doesn't leave until 7.30pm.

LEGER have told us that we cannot book the extra tickets through them, we have to do it through Disneyland.

Does anybody know how much it costs for adults and childrens passes for the 1 day 1 park? And whether we would be best to wait and buy them direct from the park or if we can purchase them in advance cheaper anywhere?

Also, what is the average temperature for the end of January and should we expect snow at that time of year?

Any help or suggestions regarding our stay in Disneyland and the ticket prices would be very much appreciated, thank you, Lisa x

  • thank you very much for your help xx

I never thought about looking on ebay, i will have to check it out, Thanks again, Lisa x
  • £36 from Disney direct for January, do be careful if ordering online as the current ticket price only goes up to November 2008. I'd leave it until nearer the time but I would order online before you go as this will save queuing at the time.

I wouldn't suggest buying on Ebay as you may find yourself having bought tickets that aren't valid for the time you go.

  • thanks edinburghlass, i have just looked at the disney site and noticed that the ticket prices are valid until November so think I will wait until after then to buy the tickets. I also looked on ebay but the same thing, most of them are only valid until November. Thanks for your help, lisa x
  • Hi, I think you will agree there are a lot of pages (77 at last count) on this thread. :D

Has anybody read through all of them and can then summarise the best up to date top tips given by the generous, helpful people on here? (not that I am a lazy reader or anything!!)

    Here's hoping, Thanks
  • Nope, as a lazy poster I can't be bothered trying to work out which of the many helpful posts in the thread that you would consider the best top tips :)
