Disneyland Paris/EuroDisney - Questions & Answers

The only downside about the whole trip was when we decided to venture on a trip to find the local supermarket. We found there were no signposts (that we could see anyway) and ending up lost
My advice, prepare before you go for that!
We needed to get some antibiotics (refunded via EHIC, so very MSE!) for our daughter and the pharmacist we spoke to didn't really speak English which I was surprised about in a tourist area.0 -
Hi, could anyone please give me the email address for restaurant reservations as I can't find one, thank you. Do I need to reserve tables at the buffet restaurants or just the table service ones? Also any recommendations for times to eat in order to still be able to watch the parade/show at the end of the day? Tia.0

Sorry for all the questions but we go in a few weeks so just trying to get organised, do I need to book seats at the shows that are on throughout the day (such as Stitch live etc.) or do you just turn up?0

Hi there
We have never been to DLP before and was about to book the New York hotel but the travel agent has advised that we might want to consider the Sequoia Lodge as there is more to do for kids - we have two kids who will be 9 and 13 when we travel. The Sequoia Lodge looks great - nice swimming pool with slide but would appreciate any other views on which hotel is best for 9 and 13 year old kids.
Thanks!0 -

In the event that anyone needs a pharmacy whilst at DLP, I can recommend ForumSante at Val d'Europe - the pharmacist speaks near perfect English and gave us some good advice too. I don't think you can even buy an aspirin at DLP!"Life moves pretty fast, if you don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it": Ferris Bueller

there isn't an email address for dining reservations, its a phone number - 0033 160 304050. If you know the times and dates you want to eat, I'd reserve all your tables in the one call - you can always cancel or amend them at your hotel or City Hall when you are at DLP.
Dreams show is right at park closing each day, if you have short park hours on your trip (ie 7pm close for the main park) then I'd book dinner for 8pm or 8.15pm. If you have young children who wouldn't last that long, you might want to consider having your main sit-down meal at lunchtime instead, and then grabbing something counter service later for dinner.LiveLoveLaugh wrote: »Sorry for all the questions but we go in a few weeks so just trying to get organised, do I need to book seats at the shows that are on throughout the day (such as Stitch live etc.) or do you just turn up?
you can't book any seats for any of the daytime attractions/shows, you just turn up.0 -

I agree with your travel agent - the Sequoia Lodge has the best-themed swimming pool of all the onsite hotels, and its been recently refurbished throughout.0 -
Thanks balletshoes....I'm not sure about our opening hours, we go the 17th - 21st December. We have young children with us, will we need to get to a specific spot at a certain time in order for them to see the dreams parade/show or will they be able to see from anywhere? Also do the fireworks go off as well or is that something different? Thanks.0

the fireworks are low-level at DLP, and are part of the Dreams show. With younger children you should get to the castle area early as its really not that easy for small children to see Dreams in the crowds.0 -
Hi, apologies if any of this is repeated but I'm a Disney newbie!
We are going in the last week of February, staying in Sequoia with half board plus and just have a few questions.
- What is Disney like at the back end of Feb?
- We are staying for 4 nights, 5 days, do we get 4 meal vouchers or 5?
- Will I need to book Cafe Mickey before we go or will it be okay to book once we are there (We go Mon-Fri and are planning on going on Thurs)?
Thank you in advance!0
