Whatever possessed me to buy banana scented shower gel and body butter from the Body Shop in the sale (a number of years ago) I do not know. I mean, I like eating them and I do like other gourmand scents (vanilla for example), but what adult really wants to smell of bananas? Can't say I am surprised I've never seen it in their shops since.
The shower gel got UU ages ago as handwash but the body butter is still lurking and though it's old it's refusing to go off. I might end up TA... it's not like it cost much and it will clash terribly with any perfume. The only other option is when I've finished my foot cream stash I might use on my feet at night - that's about as close as I'd want it to my nose!

Hi ladies,
UUs:
TBS almond shower gel 250ml. Two more in the stash. I love this stuff. It's a shame they don't make it any more.
Garnier ultra lift sachets x2. This is nice stuff, I'm going to keep using this for the time being. It's good that a sachet is lasting me a couple of days.
Nivea in shower moisturiser cocoa butter sachet. I'm not sure how I feel about this, I have another two to use up.
Hotel freebie moisturiser sandalwood 30ml. It was quite sticky, can't buy anyway.
Boots extracts vanilla body wash 75ml. I really like extracts shower gels, smell great and lather well.
Phew, think that's all for now!0 -

That might just be the most pleasure anyone is going to get from that banana body butter!
asajj - I got the same Liz Earle email. Just managed to resist, was thinking of getting the cleanse and polish. But I have two generous sample sizes of that, plus lots of other cleanser so I managed to stop myself.
Main reason I managed to stop was because I've just had to fork out £275 on a plumbing emergency (including all the parts) and that's only part of the job done, more to do tomorrow. (I reckon I am in the wrong job!)
The previous owners of this house liked to scrimp on labour costs and either did everything themselves with no skill or used complete cowboys, it's a mess. Every tradesman I get in to fix the bodge jobs when things go wrong can't understand why things were done the way they were. I would be suspicious they were all trying to scare me into spending lots of money with them, but my Dad also found lots of issues when he did work on the house before Mum got too sick for him to come to and give me a hand.0 -
Well I will need to polish myself a bit more when LE stuff arrive
A question for the lipstick making ladies here, I'm planning to do this myself but I want to put them into standart lipstick containers rather than a palette. Have you done this and if yes how did it go?ally.0 -

I am sitting at my desk using mine nowI used a tiny amount of water in a non stick frying pan. put a small container sitting in it and heated over a low heat....put chunks of the colours I wanted to mix in it and waited for them to melt down. They took a little longer than I thought they would but I kept the heat super low as I didn't want to ruin it. I used a bit of brown baking paper rolled up and shoved into an empty tube. It went wrong on my first attempt as I poured it in too slow and it started to harden super quickly..I had to redo it. But if you keep everything close to hand and pour immediately it works really well. I popped it into the freezer for 2 minutes and have been using it ever since
It's slightly addictive actually! I love my new shade, I have to stop myself from melting everything else down
Enjoy!!July 2015 - £997 in Debt.

Hello ladies!
Right, 2 UUs to try to balance out all the recent INs:
Toni & Guy Heat Protection Mist: not sure how good it was - no better or worse when anything else I have tried - but it smelled great. (They have to justify the inflated price, I suppose.)
Tresemme Volume Lift Mousse: OK, seems to do the job but there's still some left in the bottom and I can't get it out as there's no gas left in it! Grr!Please call me 'Pickle'
