I agree entirely but I need to find a person attractive before even thinking about starting a relationship with them.
General compatibility (including a healthy sex life), honesty, trust, kindness and care, romance and mutual respect for each other, a good sense of humour, a splash of common sense and consideration for financial matters are all ingredients that turn the initial physical attraction into a loving relationship.
Anyone got any other traits they consider essential in a good relationship.
That suggests a decision about having a relationship at the beginning. Perhaps you're over-thinking it?. . .I did not speak out
