Well done Poptart and weemac, I told my OH about my £14k debt before we got married as I was panic stricken about it and he has been brilliant, we have just bought a house together and starting to cut back on all excessive spending and hopefully reduce it quickly!!

Thank you all for your help but I can gladly say that I told my husband this morning before he went off to work that we were having some money problems and that I had contacted CCCS to get help. WOW what a relief!!! He was shocked but we will talk more tonight about the way of getting help. I feel soooo much better after telling him - its like a great weight off my shoulders - I know that this is just the start of a long road but at least we can go through it together and I have started to look at ways of solving it.
Thanks again for all your good wishes and I will keep you posted. I might post a SOA and you can all help us reduce our outgoings.
