    Morning all.

Humdinger of a storm here last night but I fell asleep in the middle of it and slept soundly. DH went out at 7.30 to work on the railway and took the car. I went back to bed until 9.00 - I still feel very tired after driving nearly 500 miles over the past 4 days in the scorching heat. Like Dusty, I've got work to do in the garden today, so I'm glad it's cloudy and cooler.

Love, big hugs and posivibes to CY and family x
    Love to pigpen too x
Sorry you've had such a rubbish week, dancemum
    Enjoy your visitors, LW.

Hope everyone has a good weekend.

Morning all, have just risen from my pit of slumber and I feel like I've been run over by a bus. A double decker at that.

The last 24 hrs have been rather fraught 05.30 MIL had a fall, generally unwell, put back to bed paramedics called. Dehydrated. Paramedics did a social services referral, care package arranged.23.20 same day FIL pushed out of bed by MIL (she has dementia) FIL hit his head on bedside cabinet large gash on temple blood everywhere FIL to A&E got home at 04.45 I still need to go to work as new children in for induction morning managed to stay from 9-12.30 the sent home to bed!!

On the flying front today I will

    WM x lots
    change bed
hoover through whole house (black cat. moulting)
pop to the bank-cheque to pay in
do a couple of jobs in town
    write 15 school reports
    tidy LR
sort out Rainbows bag, last meeting next week so will be packing stuff away for the summer.

think that'll keep me busy for now!

Higs and spoons to all who need them

Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last

Msgnomey big hugs sweetie, I hope you can get some rest this weekend x

Coming down with something so feeling a bit grim and a bit teary, it will pass. Chopped down loads of stuff in the back garden but it is too hot now so I've put the washing out and come inside for a rest.

Hoping the boys keep applying sunscreen as all playing cricket.

CY (((HUGS))) and masses of posi-vibes.

    Similar too for msgnomey.

Continued healing for Miss Muddy Paws and (((HUGS))) for dancemum. And thanks for the info that Piggers had said she might vanish for a bit; I either missed that post, or have forgotten reading it. Bluddy lupus brainfog, in all likelihood.
LW glad you have doggy company. You can borrow mine if you like. I've been throwing the ball in the garden and she got too hot and went and stood in our pond (stinky and full of frogs) then went straight into the kitchen to shake herself off. Now muddy puddles and duck weed everywhere. And she smells.
:rotfl: I have enough trouble keeping Charlie & Harvey out of the brook; they'd be in like a shot given half a chance. There is no way I'm having two wet pongy spaniels in our tiny bungalow!:D
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Mine weren't out long enough to need to reapply. 46 all out and home from an away fixture by 4.30. Not going to be a happy evening here!

That is no a good result is it, good luck. x Mine are not back yet, not sure if they have finished

Been hacking down in the garden. Exhausted but still loads to do but for now I'm trying to get it all chopped up and in the dump bags.
