Too toxic even for the IPC I expect! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

That lovely list of 60-ish UK-wide Big Society job offers includes one hospital [naughty] and one 'mobile'........
Suppose the latter will be issued with etch-a-sketch now.
Serious question: shouldn't Hospital be told what they will be associating with?CAP[UK]for FREE EXPERT DEBT &BUDGET HELP:

Shirley's spot on here:
Working for a Parking Enforcement company may not be for everyone but UKPC changes the perception by investing in it’s staff and putting people first.

I don't know where that statistic comes from (although it's plausible) but even so, not being able to chase non-payers would knock a biggish hole in their income. It would also mean we could consign them to the Walton Wilkins tray when it comes to advising OP's: ignore, ignore, ignore.enfield_freddy wrote: »

And your job applications go to their "Head Office" here which we know is another one of their scam addresses:

And what about all the references to their KPI based incentive scheme, which Patrick Troy denies their members have!0 -
We know that their so-called "wardens" are on an incentive scheme to issue as many tickets as possible. I wonder if there is a similar scheme for the back-office staff to turn down as many appeals as they can? This might explain why they initially stated that the time-stamps could not be altered because to allow an appeal on that basis might affect their "targets"?What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

Has anyone read the opening paragraph of the recruitment web page (as per link above)?Below are our latest vacancies at UKPC, click the info buttons for more information and details on the role.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY for the IT job advertised in Gulf News or any job application e-mailed from recruitment@ukpc.net as these are a scam and are NOT from UK Parking Control Ltd.
Rich, or what?
Also telling that the first task listed in the job descriptions is:Issue Parking Charges to drivers of vehicles that contravene the regulations of the car park

Further to my post #7 I did email DVLA for confirmation of the date when UKPC no longer had access to keeper details, and for what period, or if indefinitely.
They replied:-

Dear XXXXXX
I am only able to confirm that UK Parking Control have been suspended from requesting vehicle keeper details while we carry out our investigation.
I’m sorry I can be of no further assistance to you regarding this matter.
Kind regards

I wonder what investigation they refer to?.
I realised of course that the contents in the original reply from DVLA did not stem from my sole complaint, therefore did not make a big deal about it.
So now perhaps it will soon be business as usual for UKPC.0 -
I suspect this is the doctored photos investigation.Je Suis Cecil.0
