we still dont know just how much on top of the original 16 thousand dept we owe, we dont know how much to borrow due to no one telkling us the specific over all amount.

can u believe that, sat in court opposite the judge i mentioned it, he asked their solicitor and he mumbled he has not got the full amount in front of him, yet still days later we dont know.

we have spoken to the solicitor acting on behalf of those taking our home today, asking him just how much do we need, he replied i will ask my client, wouldn't you know the amount, shouldn't he know the amount.

we need to know could we still pay, and just how much dose a friend need to loan us, would u believe this crap, what a system

Hi Ampersand we have phoned the numbers provided

u mentioned You need to let someone else be your mouthpiece as you are too close to everything that has happened and, even when writing from the heart and experience, you are not helping yourself.

    So, ring 020 7938 6000

Please do as you are asked. Your letter to The Guardian, especially hitting all their departments, scatter gun rather than targeted, probably came across as a long block of text spam.

we tried to talk their totally not interested, apparantley they have thousands writing to them everyday, the lady i spoke to was to be honest a little rude and could not help, also the number is the daily mail not the guardian , thanks anyway was worth a go

    You were made bankrupt !

The Official Receiver or the Trustee, if applicable, is disposing of your assets to pay your creditors.

The OR/Trustee will tell/already told you what amount is required to clear those debts.
It's not just about the money

silk no one told us what the amount was, or why it was down to us to pay it.
i really hope in the future not one of you ends up like my wife and i.

i spoke to a judge a few days back at my emergency hearing, who quite honestly could not give a monkeys, yes you are right due to the facts i'm know apparantly bankrupted for an insurance dept that should have been delt with via legal and general,

i asked the builder solicitor in front of the judge, after the judge just shrugged his shoulders, this guy mumbled around 30-34 thousand, well guess what.

we have another emergency hearing tomorrow in my wifes name, how lucky are we, we rang the builders solicitor at 9.30 this morning, asking for details on the dept, we wanted the full amount as i have friends whom clubbed together to pay it, he still did not get back after a 2nd call at 2, we re rang at 4.00 in the afternoon and told him we want the amount.

guess how much our 16 thousand pound legal and general dept has risen to, its now 90 thousand pounds, an amount we can no way pay, not in a million years.

just shows you that this country can allocate proffessional individuals to openly rob you of your home, and no one bats an eye, we could not even get a solicitor to hewlp us out, how about that for british justice, were out this thursday coming and we have lost a dream home to a circle of sharks..........were absolutaly gutted, and be fore anyone adds any crap comments regarding my story being made up, get off your !!!! and come along and take a look before we move out this thursday,
