eviction to go ahead next tuesday, been to hearing, not bothered in the slightest unless we can produce whats owed via legal and general "nice eh"

a house owner can only be evicted from their property if they break a contract with a lender, which excludes your situation, or under compulsory purchase order.


Which court agreed to this happening please ?

It doesn't matter that you haven't had a college education[#17, 2nd sentence]. Other people have that, are brilliant with words and advocacy. It's their field of excellence. We all have things we can do; others we can't.

You wouldn't want me []female, 66]trying for the current world 100m sprint record. Equally, right now, you are not the mouthpiece you need to protect yourself and your home and forensically fillet insurance companies' arguments, let alone challenge an eviction order.

Let them hear you, see your p/w and comms and do what they ARE good at.

You need a stay on that Order right now.

we have tried all avenues , none have even returned our calls or post, we actually asked the courts last week for information on the case against us, we handed in a N244 form,

and had a hearing today regarding our problem and the standing eviction order,
due to the facts that legal and general did not pay the builders full monies via merlin, owing aprox 16 thousand etc, we did not realize they still owed it ,

but all the letters and calls we put forwards to Merlin had been ignored as they were going into receivership,

i just found out today that i had in fact been made bankrupt due to this un paid cash, which i did not know about, madness eh , so know were not dealing with legal and general not paying the builder

were dealing with the facts that they have bankrupted me, apparantley and are know legally allowed to take possession of our home, and auction it off to pay this dept
we are to be evicted this Tuesday coming, the judge could not care less that it was not our dept, as his know looking upon it as a bankruptcy issue

we have just 6 days to vacate our home and remove years of content, be warned u whom have house insurance, this is not a fabricated story,

my wife and i have not got a pot to !!!! in, we live month to month, as so many others also do, we have to be out in 6 days, we also have lots of dogges and live stock,

which at this moment we are ringing around and re homing asap, tomorrow the nightmare of packing and storing somewhere begins, thanks for your help,

but until your in this position its difficult to state just how much our worlds have been turned up side down, we will defo be sleeping in our vehicles, after a life times mortgage and large amount of equity in a property which we were informed today that we no longer own.......

we are selling everything we can at the moment on line, as we have no were to store

legal and general are adamant that they will NOT assist with any legal cover, even though we HAVE been paying for it, in fact they no longer even return any calls, we have been brushed aside like crap, homeless and pennyless, a life times input and hard work crazy.

flamecloud this has gone past what a solicitor thinks, judgement has been made again today on a judgement made a few weeks back that we were unaware of,

apparantley the judge today will not over turn what has been put forwards into motion via the previous judge, we are totally unaware of any legal jargon, we have not got a clue, what he did state was he was very busy and did not have time to really read the case, he wanted to get us out asap.

we as mentioned live from month to month, just about paying our way and mortgage, we could not possibly afford a solicitor, we tried to sort things out our selves today, we might as well of not even had been there

they had already made up their minds and a repossession order has been put forwards regardless, apparently we lost our home over a year ago behind the legal scenes, when i was apparently bankrupted over the insurance dept, we are know prepared to leave our long term much loved home, we are prepared to have our lifes savings taken away, as they have taken everything else over past years.

i'm just making some of you aware of the powers these corrupt individuals have, they dont need to abide by any legal system, when they want to take liberties they take them.

we dont own mortgage, we have never taken loans, we have always tried to live dept free, we dont get any form of benefits and never have..........hence we are not entitled to legal aid, we could not afford any form of legitimate aid either, as mentioned we have no savings or hidden amounts

we could not even approach a lender or mortgage broker as who's going to give a bankrupt a loan, they new just what they were doing

In this situation you cannot afford NOT to have a solicitor.

For instance, form N244 should have put everything on hold but apparently you were unable to get the judge to understand that you had not been informed about the earlier hearing. A solicitor could have done that very easily.

At the very least get a free half-hour appointment with a lawyer and print out this thread so it will be clear what is happening.

You live month to month, just about paying a mortgage that you don't have and are prepare to have life savings taken away that you also don't have??
