No VAT on Talkmobile prices

Hi recently signed up for a new contract with Talkmobile (I had already been with them for nearly 4 years) and got a new phone. The price I signed up to pay was £15 per month. But I've just checked my bill for this month and they're billing me £21.95. Apparently the £15 didn't include VAT. I checked the website and there's no mention of VAT on any of their prices. Is there anything I can do?

Are you sure that it is not including a partial month to align it with their billing system?. There was a thread a while back in a similar vein

Yes, the first bill is normally higher because it covers more than a month. Just check the dates.

£15+vat would be £18 (try the sum for yourself).

It's a pro rata first bill.
