Ours was Reet Petite - bad enough, but this was unfortunately the Pinky and Perky version. Always a good move not to hire a dodgy pal as a DJ!:rotfl:

Husband is a Buddy Holly fan so we requested True Love Ways, and a few bars into it had to go and tell the DJ he was playing the wrong song, he'd put It's raining In My Heart on!

Saw Burt Baccarach (writer of that song) perform live in Las Vegas and he was awesome, even though he was about 80.

We actually got married in Las Vegas, by Elvis, so the finale of the wedding was all of us singing and boogying away to "Viva Las Vegas". A fantastic day, and a fantastic song.

Ours was a cover of Iris by the Goo Goo Dolls by a pop punk band called New Found Glory little bit more upbeat than the original and their one of my favourite bands

I also wanted Never Gonna Be Alone by Nickelback but OH REFUSED any Nickelback at all much to mine and my mums disappointment as we were both huge fans of them
