    Rejected for the role from last Wednesday, the 40 minute interview where the interviewer skipped questions, still nothing back from the gruelling interview.

    From my understanding about what was said, the candidate is still "in the running" for the job under discussion. The rejection is for another job in a different company.

    You might be right, people do get jobs or fail to get them. Being right about the outcome doesn't make you right for the right reasons, and your reasoning is so faulty as to be worthless. So, in essence, nobody cares what you think, and we certainly don't want to hear it five hundred times.
