An interview is a two-way conversation, and if you answer more in one question, that answers what they want from another, they'll skip that other question. It isn't a bad sign at all.

In fact, it means you're making life easier for the interviewer as you're telling them the right stuff they want to hear, without them having to coax it out of you. If they rushed through, getting you to answer every question quickly; that would be a bad sign.

Thanks guys, it's getting near crunch time, on Monday I was told I'd hear within a week and I believe the company is closed on Monday and Tuesday so that just leaves tomorrow.

You know my view but I'm called a troll. Contact within a week would have been today especially if they're closed tomorrow. The interview was too long and as you said yourself there were questions you could not answer at it. Sorry!!

I might at the start of next week when they're back from holidays, however I would have assumed that since they said "within one week" I would have heard today at the latest.
