Most ebayers ,if genuine, will respond to a request for refund or replacement.I have had a couple of dodgy dealers + have been ripped off,but have been refunded via the paypal refund policy.
Its important to read feedback prior to purchase, inc that left for others,to get a measure of the seller..........I may be teaching you to suck eggs + I appologise if this is the case..............However as a bona fide ebay babe!! I advise approaching the seller, then lodging a dispute..........good luck....0 -
Yeah, I don't know if I previously said this (I couldn't be bothered looking back ... to page 1) but the seller had refunded me a phone previously as it didn't work. So he seems reasonable, I hope!0

Okay, me again!
The seller has apparently refunded at 20:15, but no funds have actually shown in my paypal account or my bank account? (Please note, I paid via paypal, but as my paypal didn't have enough funds in them it automatically withdrew the funds from my bank account.)
My buyer protection runs out tomorrow night and I need to make sure that there is no way of him getting this money back somehow.
I just need to make sure as £130 is a lot of money to me!
